Pilates
Pilates er en effektiv træningsform. Vi arbejder med bevægelighed i hele kroppen og styrker alle de vigtigste muskelgrupper med særlig fokus på sammenhængen mellem mavemuskler og åndedræt, der øger stabiliseringen af rygsøjle og bækken.
Vi arbejder seriøst på holdet, men der er også tid til hyggesnak. Træningen afsluttes hver gang med afspænding.
Alle kan være med uanset niveau. Du skal blot have behageligt løstsiddende træningstøj på og medbringe et tyndt tæppe og evt en lille pude.
Kisten Nina har en baggrund som fysioterapeut, med overbygning som bl. a. Pilates instruktør.
